Partner Terms & Conditions

1. Independent Contractor Status

By registering as a Zapo Professional, you acknowledge that you operate as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms establishes an employment, partnership, or agency relationship with Zapo.

2. Quality & Eligibility

• You must maintain valid trade licenses and legal authorization to work in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for bringing your own tools, transport, and equipment necessary to complete jobs.

3. Zero Tolerance Policies

Accounts will be permanently suspended for off-platform solicitation (requesting cash deals outside the app), account sharing, or unprofessional conduct on job sites.

4. Payouts & Taxes

Platform commissions are automatically deducted prior to earnings transfer. Professionals are solely responsible for filing their own local, state, and federal taxes.
